Payment Timing

For wholesale accounts, payment terms must be approved in advance and are listed on each invoice.
Orders will not ship until payment is received and processed.
Currency
All payments are processed in the currency displayed at checkout. International customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their bank or payment provider.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled according to our Return Policy.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Once a refund is processed, it may take 3–10 business days for the funds to appear depending on the bank or card issuer.
Late Payments (Wholesale Accounts)
For approved accounts with invoice terms:

Accounts with overdue balances may have future shipments delayed or suspended
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to request additional verification for any order or payment that appears suspicious or unauthorized. Orders may be canceled if verification cannot be completed.
