Return Policy
You can return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact support@silkcutunderwear.com for return authorization and be prepared to cover the return shipping costs.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs and replace the item at no charge. All returns must be authorized beforehand, or the shipment will be rejected.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

DAMAGED ITEMS:
If you receive a damaged item, please send a photograph showing the damage and the product tag in the same picture. In verified damage cases, we will replace your item.
LOST PACKAGES:
If tracking indicates a package was delivered but not received, customers need to contact the carrier. We will assist with the necessary paperwork for a claim with the carrier.
This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Not only did I not receive my order, but it was delayed for almost 3 months and the confirmation number I was provided with shows that the order was sent to a different address than the one I provided with my order. The order was sent to a different state. I have followed up with multiple emails to their support department which claims to get back in contact with you within a couple of days with no reply from them!!
Do yourself a favor and find another company to spend your money with. Clearly this company doesn’t care about their customers or their reputation.
These are the most comfortable and cool bamboo underwear I have ever bought. The material is smooth, hasn't pilled, doesn't stretch out, and overall my new favorite underwear.

I decided to give SilkCut a try because I am attempting to get away from polyester and cotton mixed underwear. These feel like silk, soft and almost weightless.
Man are they comfortable, no ride up or chafing.

Comfortable and great in this hot, humid summer! Will order more because I have not found any other brand that is this lightweight, moves with you, and does not stretch out or slide up the legs.

Fabric was quite nice. But the construction was odd and had loose thread and weird stitching. Felt like at this price they should be higher quality sewing.

The sizing was definitely off. I ordered XL underwear, I received what said XL underwear, however, they were so small on me I could not wear them. Also, because I tried them on they could not be returned! Unfortunately I had to give them away.

It is soft and it comfortable. It still has the tightness but comfortable around thighs for less ride up. The waist does feel tight at first but it was comfortable afterward. Sleeping in them was comfortable too. Overall, it a good luxury underwear.

It was not very adjustable or fit someone with that size of waist or thighs, so just from the jump, despite being an XL, I quickly threw them away because they simply just didn’t fit and felt uncomfortable from the beginning
