Return & Exchange Policy
We aim to make exchanges clear, fair, and straightforward.
Due to hygiene regulations, underwear may only be returned or exchanged if it is brand new, unworn, and unwashed, or if the item is defective. Any item returned outside these conditions will be disposed of.
Return Policy
New, unopened items may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. To begin a return, contact support@silkcutunderwear.com for authorization.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, SilkCut will cover return shipping and provide a replacement at no additional cost.
All returns must be authorized in advance. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

- Email support@silkcutunderwear.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Confirm the item is brand new, unworn, and in resellable condition.
- Ensure all original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
