Return & Exchange Policy
We aim to make exchanges quick and straightforward for our customers.
According to U.S. federal law, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is brand new or defective. Any returned underwear that does not meet these conditions will be disposed of.
Return Policy
You can return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact support@silkcutunderwear.com to request return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs and replace the item at no charge. All returns must be authorized beforehand; unauthorized shipments may be rejected.
Return & Exchange Instructions
- Email support@silkcutunderwear.com with your Order Number and the Reason for Return/Exchange.
- Confirm that the product is brand new, never worn, and in re-sellable condition.
- Ensure all tags, labels, and original packaging are intact.
